When my husband was undergoing dialysis for kidney failure, I had to bring him to a center for treatment. It was always a trying time. One day, when I was leaving him there, the clouds in the sky became beautifully colorful. I photographed them and made the scene into an oil. Their light reminded me that even when life fades, there is something to look forward to.
