We strongly encourage all applicants to carefully read and fully understand the requirements for participating in this exhibition before submitting their application.

Due to the anticipated high volume of applicants, every applicant must adhere to all stated deadlines and scheduled drop-off and pick-up dates. Unfortunately, exceptions cannot be made regarding submission deadlines, artwork drop-off, or artwork pick-up dates. Please ensure you are able to meet all requirements and deadlines before submitting your artwork.

FREE: This exhibition is free for not-for-profit organizations & to BAFFA Perks Program Members ($50+/year). If you choose to upgrade your membership to the Perks level, you can do so at www.baffa.org/support. The submission fee will be waived, but you will still be charged the service fee of $1.50.

Once you hit SUBMIT, you will receive a confirmation email.

Do not resubmit the form unless you have checked your inbox, including your spam folder, and do not see a confirmation from BAFFA. All duplicate applications will be invalid.
