About Frank Loehr:
I am primarily a self-taught artist who prefers realism over other styles. My medium is oil paint. I honed my technique through life drawing and painting at the Nassau County Museum of Art, The Teaching Studios of Art, and The Art League of Long Island. My subject matter includes portraits, landscapes, seascapes, still life, and master copies of Old Master paintings.
