LEAF MOSAIC WORKSHOP

Join mosaic artist Gabriella Grama for an exciting workshop where you'll create a stunning mosaic leaf.  You'll bring your leaf to life by painting it in the colors of your choice, either the vibrant hues of fall or the serene shades of winter, then mosaic it with tempered glass.

About Gabriella Grama:

Mosaicist Gabriella Grama often exhibits at Long Island Art Galleries and Museums. The artist actively participates in community projects, and she conducts a variety of mosaic workshop sessions.

Grama discovered a passion for mosaics after an extensive career in stained glass. The artist studied in the US at the Chicago School of Mosaics and in Ravenna, Italy under some of the most renowned contemporary artists in the field.  Combining the intricate techniques of stained glass with the timeless art of mosaics, Grama is creating pieces that are both innovative and steeped in tradition.

Grama is currently serving as VP for the Women Sharing Art organization, and she is a member at large at the Mill’s Pond and BAFFA Galleries.
