ABOUT THE EXHIBITION:
The Brightwaters Art Council Invitational Show is a group show comprised of a selection of artists who are members of the Brightwaters Art Council. The works on view give audiences a glimpse into the talents of artists from Brightwaters, NY, and communities across Long Island. Artists have curated a selection of their artworks which give insight into their preferred styles and mediums. Ranging from Painting to Mixed Media, Photography to Drawing, these artists tell their personal stories through their brush strokes, collage, film, and mark-making as they express themselves through a variety of subject matter. This show aims to share these artists' works with new audiences and to help further establish a strong artistic community on Long Island by collaborating with the BAFFA gallery.
Participating artists include: Peter Rettaliata, Jennifer Bartlett, Amanda Marino, Chris Tomlin, Courtney Young, Amanda Benizzi, Christine Donnelly, Syd Glasser, Todd Schumacher, Robert Patrick Coombs, Danielle Livoti, and Christina Spera-Barlett.

The Brightwaters Art Council is an up-and-coming art council based in Brightwaters, NY. We aim to bring creative experiences for all ages to the community and bring attention to the artistic talent within the community by providing opportunities for artists to share their work with the public.\
