is inviting you to exhibit at Patchogue Art Council's

Arts on Terry

Bay Area Friends of the Fine Arts (BAFFA) invites artists, sculptures, photographers, and painters of all levels to exhibit at Patchogue Arts Council's Arts on Terry. BAFFA will have a booth under the Cultural Partners tent and wants to feature you- our Artist Members!

Artists can submit up to TWO pieces of artwork (maximum size of 28" on any one side), but only one piece might be accepted based on size and participation. Sculptures will ONLY be considered if they are able to be hung and have a wire hanger. All artwork submissions must be completed works. Any submissions of uncompleted artwork will be rejected.)

All artwork must be properly hung with a wire. No sawtooth hangers.

All 2D artwork must be framed or on a canvas.

BAFFA membership is required and can be joined HERE under "Gallery Membership".

Note: The booth can only be run by volunteers and offering your time before, during, or after Arts on Terry is greatly appreciated.

SHOW DATE:

Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 from 1:00pm-5:00pm

DROP OFF:

Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 PROMPTLY at 11:00am. No early arrivals. You will find the BAFFA booth under the Cultural Partners tent on Terry Street in Patchogue in front of MOCA/Plaza Cinema. Any artwork arriving after 11:15am will not be exhibited. Any work that does not match artwork submitted via the application below will be rejected.

PICK UP:

Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 from 5:00-5:30pm (Please note: No artwork will be brought back to the gallery at the close of Arts on Terry and will be disposed of or donated unless picked up by 5:30pm. NO pickups allowed before 5:00pm.)

DEADLINE TO APPLY:

Sunday, September 8th, 2024 by midnight

Artists will be contacted to exhibit by Thursday, September 12th.

BAFFA collects a 20% Commission for all sales at the time of sale. If a sale is made, the proceeds will be sent to the artist (minus BAFFA's 20% Commission) by October 22nd, 2024.

An artist waiver must be signed.

I agree to release Bay Area Friends of the Fine Arts and the Patchogue Arts Council of any liability that may be incurred during the phase of the exhibition of the above-listed artworks at Arts on Terry during the period of the exhibition. I take full responsibility for any damage or loss from any cause that may occur to any of my artwork being exhibited during that period. I understand that I must insure my artwork if liability coverage is desired.

Are you a member of BAFFA?

To exhibit at Arts on Terry with BAFFA, you must be a current member or join membership. Go to baffa.org/support to join.

BAFFA requires a 20% Commission for all sales made. BAFFA will collect all sales made upfront. After the close of the exhibition, BAFFA will submit the proceeds to the artist (minus BAFFA's 20% Commission) within 30 days by mail.
